After being diagnosed with Lung Cancer in 2024 and h...

After being diagnosed with Lung Cancer in 2024 and having surgery followed by chemotherapy I was very concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get travel insurance or it being priced outside our reach. Initially I was quoted between £2600 - £3500 however after reading many reviews on MacMillan Cancer Forum Albert & Eddie were repeatedly mentioned for their quotes which enabled many individuals with similar health issues the opportunity to travel abroad being fully covered and my quote was around £250 which was a significant difference to the previous quotes. Thankfully I had no health issues and no need to make a claim and will certainly be using Albert & Eddie in the future all going well. Reviewed on: 11th October 2025

Affordable travel insurance with cancer

My partner and I both have cancer and Albert and Eddie were able to find us affordable travel insurance for various trips both during and after treatment. A great "one stop shop" for travellers with pre-existing medical conditions. (Including cancer). Reviewed on: 11th October 2025

Fairly easy to record all health details and medication. I booked cruise cover ahead of making the.booking but then was able to cancel it when there were no balcony cabins available .
