We had been with BUPA for over 10 years in the UK and Australia but on our return from Australia, despite being with them for so long, they would not cover us for existing conditions without paying an extortionate amount every month. April came to the rescue and charged a fair price for cover, along with the moratorium period which is entirely fair.
