This organisation's conduct leaves much to be desired. Their behaviour and whole attitude is the absolute antithesis of "The Customer Comes First". Caveat Emptor has rarely been so relevant advise. The only place I have ever been treated worse is R J O'Brien and Son Antiques Ltd of Oldham (Now in liquidation, surprise, surprise.)

We take customer complaints seriously and, as per our direct communication with you previously, we closely followed our complaints procedure when reviewing your individual case. The advice you received was deemed appropriate through this process, however, due to your personal dissatisfaction you were offered, and accepted, a goodwill gesture and the matter was considered closed.
