This organisation's conduct leaves much to be desired. Their behaviour and whole attitude is the absolute antithesis of "The Customer Comes First". The Financial Conduct Authority are absolutely right to be getting busy as set out in the article to be found at https://www.cityam.com/watchdog-warns-financial-advisers-on-causing-significant-harm-to-clients/ Caveat Emptor has rarely been so relevant advise. We take customer complaints seriously and, as per our direct communication with you previously, we closely followed our complaints procedure when reviewing your individual case. The advice you received was deemed appropriate through this process, however, due to your personal dissatisfaction you were offered, and accepted, a goodwill gesture and the matter was considered closed.
