I have had a loan from Barclays finance for the sum of 1838. This is paid at 78 pound over 2 years. I have never... I have had a loan from Barclays finance for the sum of 1838. This is paid at 78 pound over 2 years. I have never missed a payment and they were flexible from the start to choose a payment date suitable for me. Money is taken on time, which ensures I have no problem with incoming and outgoings. I have paid to date and have just several months left. The plan is affordable for me and customer service to change original plan date was with no issues Read more Read less

Shocking System !!!! I have no idea how their system works but it seems to be all over the place and no one can make... Shocking System !!!! I have no idea how their system works but it seems to be all over the place and no one can make up their mind. Despite an excellent Credit rating and a sizeable limit, i make a small purchase and its declined. Call to make complaint and then told to make the purchase again, its accepted ????? Look elsewhere for a reliable source of credit !! Read more Read less

    Awful service and clueless

    Really poor customer service.

    Really poor customer service. Really poor approach. We are concerned about a fraud Sue in our name and no-one seems capable of understanding/answering the issue. Just don’t use.
