hopeful that I never have to claim

I had a little difficulty at the beginning , as one does when you transfer your business, and , having no need to call them re my insurance (and hopefully never will re a claim) my experience is a little lght although I have heard that some "friends" deal with this company and are satisfied. Very easy to deal with, happy, helpful,competitive.

Excellent customer experience

Dealing with the Company online is easy and fast. I had an occasion to call direct as I was going to be out of the country at renewal time. I received brilliant customer service,my renewal was completed and documents received about a week before I was leaving the country. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 16th September 2017

Bedford insurance staff are really quite diligent, focused on customer service providing an unparalleled and unique approach.(certainly from my years of experience) Nothing appears to be too much trouble other than customer satisfaction.
