EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH GOOD VALUE INSURANCE

Bedford Insurance insure all 5 of our buy to let properties including 2 holiday lets. This because the service is excellent, often speak to Kelly for continuity and rates are very competitive. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017

Landlords insurance

As a landlady I am pleased with the service I receive from Bedford Insurance, they search for the best option for me, notify me when a policy is due for renewal and deliver the documents via email or paper as I wish, they are also very easy to call. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2017

Very smooth claims service and good renewal price

I've been insured with Bedford Insurance for 2 years now, and have recently had to put in a non-fault claim against a driver who hit me from behind. I have to say I was very impressed with the claims process, the representative was very responsive and everything was quick to organise, I had my courtesy car waiting for me at the appointed garage which was booked for 2 days time after I made the call and it was a like-for-like car (audi a6). The repairs process went through without any issues and the whole claim was handled for me with regular updates! - this on top of the good renewal price I have received from them this year has kept me as a customer! I received my renewal quote - which was competitive but I then put in for a new quote with Property Direct and got a much cheaper quote than the renewal one - I went with the new quote - so if there was a cheaper option in the first place why wasn't I given that as the renewal quote? Abysmal customer service

Too many questions asked on phone after filling in on line applications. Mohammad in admin has a bad approach to customers. E-mails sent but not replied to. Never again for this company. Reviewed on: 28th July 2017
