Very smooth claims service and good renewal price

I've been insured with Bedford Insurance for 2 years now, and have recently had to put in a non-fault claim against a driver who hit me from behind. I have to say I was very impressed with the claims process, the representative was very responsive and everything was quick to organise, I had my courtesy car waiting for me at the appointed garage which was booked for 2 days time after I made the call and it was a like-for-like car (audi a6). The repairs process went through without any issues and the whole claim was handled for me with regular updates! - this on top of the good renewal price I have received from them this year has kept me as a customer!
