Bedford are always very helpful when contacted, easy to make changes to policies, friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. Policy sent out within minutes of the phone call. I've dealt with a lot of different insurance brokers over the years and Bedford are one of the best. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Bedford - for complete peace of mind

Always professional and extremely polite when you speak to them on the phone. If you email them you always get an acknowledgement and a response to your initial enquiry within their given timescale. This company really is the best insurance company I have dealt with so much so that I didn't even bother to look for a cheaper company when my insurance was due for renewal because of the service I had received when I did need to contact them. They helped when I needed to use the breakdown cover of my policy. The breakdown recovery was explained clearly to me. I asked for a copy of my policy by email and I got this within 24 hours and when I had to ring on Saturday after another driver damaged my Van, they explained fully what I needed to do and what would happen etc. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017
