Dont do it

1
Don't do it. Me, my partner and 3 year old son went to Crete in May. We thought it would be a good idea to use the cash passport card and thought it was safer. We put £350 on it and found we spent around £280 on the card so where did the rest of the money go??? We couldn't pay for anything else with as it said funds were insufficient. We think it may have been charges. We called the number on the back of the card and spoke to a very rude person who was very unhelpful. Luckily we went all inclusive and didn't need the money but yeah we were penniless for the last 4 days of our holiday. It's a joke if you ask me. To top it off two weeks after being home my phone bill arrived and the call I made which got us no where cost us £36!! That was just 1 phone call that lasted half n hour. I was fuming as you can imagine so I would always strongly advise people just use cash it's so much easier and it probably is safer that way. Reviewed on: 9th September 2016
