We've had a mortgage with C&G for 10 years now and we've never had an issue with them. We have a brilliant rate with them and when we needed a consent to let they made the process really easy Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

Poor in branch service

Been with Lloyds for years and 10 year into a 25 year mortgage decided to move house. Although I purchased a portable mortgage that could be moved without change the guy in branch reset it back to 25years ! Unnoticed for a while (my fault entirely) when I contacted them I was told it was signed and nothing could be done. Thanks Lloyds. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017
