Great product and experience

It was very easy and quick to open the account, clear instructions were provided for how to login to view and transfer money. To improve experience further it would be great if there was an app but this shouldn’t put anyone off from using the product as it’s still great. I love that the interest is paid monthly so you get rewarded more often. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Easy Access savings account is truly easy ..

I opened the Easy Access savings account online and found the process really easy. Since opening the savings account, the interest rate has dropped, but I feel remains reasonably competitive, but not the best hence score 8 out of 10. The process of withdrawing money is also very straightforward. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
