Excellent service from a bank I was not familiar with

I had never heard of the bank but I used MSE as a recommendation. I really value being able to open an account and do all my banking online and Chetwood bank certainly ticked all those boxes. They offer a very competitive interest rate which was also one of the main attractions that drew me to the bank. It's really easy to transfer money in and out of my account. Very pleased with the hole process of application.

Easy to set up and good savings rates - recommend!

It was really easy to get set up with Chetwood Bank and their savings account rates are very competitive. My only small negative is the lack of a phone app and difficulty using their website on mobile overseas, but other than that I have zero complaints. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
