Totally unprofessional. Terrible customer service, misleading advice given and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Takes forever to receive any commutations from them.... Totally unprofessional. Terrible customer service, misleading advice given and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Takes forever to receive any commutations from them. Thankfully finished our mortgage with them and they couldn’t even get that right… ten days after settlement figure was paid, they came back asking for more money! Read more Read less
