As a new business owner, I was really impressed with the service I received from Constructaquote. I was given excellent guidance throughout the process, with everything explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. They took the time to talk me through the different options available rather than simply giving me one quote. What really stood out was how reliable and efficient the service was. Every time I was told someone would call me back, they did exactly that, and all of my documents were received very quickly. This made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring. I actually contacted four other companies while looking for the right insurance, but the level of service I received from Constructaquote was in a completely different league. No other company came close in terms of the communication, time taken to understand what I needed and overall customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending Constructaquote to everyone I know who needs business insurance. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026

Bailey Edwards, top notch customer service

I deal with someone called Bailey Edwards. Not only did he make the initial interaction extremely easy and informative but since then I bombard him with questions to do with my cover and he is always keen to help and really delivers with the information I need to ensure I'm protected.
