Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

THIS COMPANY'S WEB SITE IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND THERE IS BACK-UP AVAILABLE SHOULD IT BE NEEDED. THEY KEEP YOU UP TO DATE ON MOVEMENTS, COSTS ETC., AND IT IS A REAL PLEASURE HAVING THEM LOOK AFTER MY ACCOUNT. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Fabulous customer service and very user friendly

We have been using Currencies Direct for over three years since moving back to the UK from Australia via Spain. Their service has been consistently first class with really helpful staff who provide excellent advice. We often recommend them to our friends. A First Class Service

I have been using Currencies Direct for many years and have never had a problem with them. As time has gone by their service has become more efficient and speedy and at the same time their procedures have become simpler and more efficacious. Helpful and professional

We first use Currency Direct when buying our holiday home in 2018. The service was excellent then, personal and professional. Exceptional in every way

Currencies direct exceed my expectations every time . They are responsive, quick and helpful especially with tricky transactions of more than one currency. The electronic platform is very responsive and easy to navigate, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I now have a number of friends who use their services and they are also impressed. Best money transfer provider I have used

We live in Spain but nearly all of my pension income is in GBP. I have tried a number of money transfer providers in the last four years but Currencies Direct has been by far the best. The rates are always the best, the money is transferred very quickly and the online interface is very easy to use. The sign up process here in Spain is thorough but straightforward with goo local support. The odd time that something went wrong the telephone support was friendly and helpful ans sorted out my problem very quickly.
