Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

Great company to work with

EXCELLENT / BRILLIANT

On taking up the services Money Exchange both myself and my wife have not had to worry about our monthly money transfer to our Spanish bank account. Fantastic service

We have only ever had one problem transferring out a payment and that was the receiving banks fault & not Currencies Directs. We were away at the time & no where near the receiving bank &on top of that there was no bank manager available to trace the problem either but Currencies Direct went well beyond their responsibilites to try and sort out our transfer issue. It took us several days before we could contact our bank, but this was not a problem for Currencies Direct they kept in touch every single day, keeping us up to date as to what was happening their end and what they were trying to do to solve the issue we had. This type of service well exceeds what we as customers have come to expect. We have strongly recommended this company to many people, and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
