Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So easy

Historically always used my currencies direct representative to transfer money, but latterly been sending on line. Always worry about sending money abroad, but transactions always run smoothly with currencies direct. Have needed to speak with representatives occasionally who are always most helpful and reassuring. Problems have only been at bank end (source or destination), but currencies direct can always advise the current status of where your cash actually is. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Have always found them very helpful and patient on telephone.

Fantastic service with a personal touch

I first dealt with Currencies Direct in 2016 and have always found them extremely helpful. When their app became available, with an online ‘wallet’ it was extremely useful but the personal touch was still there (very rare in money matters these days) with my helpful account manager available at the end of the phone when needed. International transfers

We always use Currencies Direct to transfer our money from Spain to U. K. or visa versa. We have always found them to be very professional & quick to get the funds into our bank. Would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
