Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

CurrenciesDirect are simply brilliant.

I have been with CurrenciesDirect for about 4 or 5 years and use them on a regular basis to transfer funds from the UK to France. I use the app and the whole process takes seconds. If I’ve had to phone them, they are always friendly and patient and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve dealt with other currency company’s who are good, but these are the best by far. I've used Currency Direct now for over 15 years,I have a direct debit for every month to transfer funds from UK to Spain and informed By email at each stage of transaction, exchange rate, date of transaction and arrival to my bank. The good thing is I've never had to contact them at all since the beginning. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
