Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

Got the transfer done, but not the aftercare

My transfer was completed and during this process my assistance was great. However my experience was ruined afterwards. The reason I chose currencies direct over others was due to a friend recommendation program when both parties would get an Amazon gift card. I double checked all was in line for the promotion and when nothing came for a while I called back and was told I wasn’t eligible. I was appalled as I was told multiple times that I was eligible going into the transfer and it would go through, to then be told actually you are not eligible and for customer service not to own their mistake. Top Class service
