Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

Everything about Currencies Direct is great from the efficiency of their staff who combine professionalism with a genuine personal interest in the client and the reasons behind their money dealings to the speed of transactions. I have felt looked after and reassured at every step and being able to speak to the same advisor most of the time certainly helped me to be confident in the process. Easy to set up, fast transfers

I am over 60 and despite the fact that I’m not very fond of technology I found the system very straightforward. The app works well, and an email is sent at every stage. So far highly recommended. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

We mainly use Currencies Direct to shift money to Spain to support living in and maintaining our second home there. We can get money into our own and others’ accounts efficiently and at very good rates. Where there have been problems (never caused by Currencies Direct) their customer services have been very helpful and resolved things fast. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020
