Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Good, efficient service, but not the best rates.

I'm happy with the service and the website but I lose a lot every month on the CD exchange rates compared with Revolut. CD needs to be more competitive. Ali Chegini, a regular customer since 2013. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Fast, efficient, reliable

I regularly use Currencies Direct to buy Australian Dollars and Euros using Sterling and transfer the funds to Australia and Spain. Their service is consistently fast, efficient and reliable and I can set alerts to advise me when target exchange rates occur. I also receive daily reports on factors likely to affect rate changes.
