Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Too good to be true but it really isn't!!

I wish we had discovered this service yeats ago. Its just so uncomplicated. We save lots of money in transfer fees when moving money to our French bank account and are in control of when to make the exchange in full knowledge of what the current rate is. Superb Service!

Having been with Currencies Direct for many years, their superb customer service continues to improve year on year, trust is a very important when it comes to money. Currencies Direct are the best. When speaking personally with their staff they go the extra mile for you, every thing is explained clearly, even the finer points. Just what I needed

A nervous survey of the currency exchanges led me to Currencies Direct via Martin's Money Saving Expert. It seems a good recommendation as I like the website and have found it easy to use. There are better rates out there but I feel secure in the knowledge that Currencies Direct is Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority meaning my money is safe while it's with them. When my Mum had to go into a care home in Germany, I asked around how best to transfer funds from the UK to her account. Currencies Direct was most helpful and kind on the telephone when I set up an account, and subsequent internet transfers were easy and prompt. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
