Quick and easy to deal with

Quick and easy to deal with, answered the phone in a nice and timely manner, and were good value for money. Only downside was getting quite a few email reminders to leave a review; one is fine to prompt for a review, but lots gets a bit annoying. I haven't yet had to claim so I don't know how good the company will be on the claims end, but the purchasing part, and me phoning up with some questions went really well.
