Good customer service.

Good customer service. Helpful staff and felt listened to. Pedro was excellent and would recommend to friends and family. Sometimes slow in answering calls but they are a busy centre so to be expected. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Not renewed

Decided not to renew. Simply presented the same option via email without any real attempt to see how the business has evolved and whether the cover was still sufficient. Honestly can't see the point of an insurance broker if this is the extend of the service they provide. Reviewed on: 18th August 2017
