Always Helpful and easy :)

so easy to work with

I have worked with Events Insurance for almost 8 years now and have found them so easy to work with, simple questions, listened when trying to explain my strange events. Great folk to deal with

A organise events as a hobby - mostly charitable - as well as working full time. Event Insurance have been excellent! Always patient when I add extras (even last minute!). They are friendly, flexible and offer great advice when needed. They have become a great part of the team when we put on an event, so much so, that I didn't shop around this year, but went straight to them. They make life easier..and have sometimes helped me get cheaper policy options too, so they are as much about their customers as their profits - a rare thing these days! Easy to deal with

Prompt and helpfull

Received a very prompt and helpful call back regarding a query which answered all my queries and enabled me to proceed and purchase the product that suited me. Superb solutions for all events

We have occasions where an odd request may crop up regarding one off events or multiple events that are not very well catered for elsewhere. Some brokers steer away from these risk types but we deal with them with equal diligence as all other enquiries and in my mind, so do Event Insurance. Always polite, easy to deal with and even though these policy types tend to be of low value, they do deal with numerous questions and queries from clients on our behalf. This ensures that the correct cover is bound with accuracy and certainty. Would have no hesitation at all to recommend and confirm that if in doubt when using the online portal, they will guide and help accordingly should you call them. Reviewed on: 20th September 2023
