Applied online the next day got phone call set up a meeting told me wah I needed to bring. Got there next day with 30mins n checks done my loan was completed and they still phone or send me emails to see if I am OK or need any more help Reviewed on: 5th June 2019

When applying for a loan everything was explained very well ensuring I had all the knowledge before signing any documents. When calling Customer services very helpful, pleasant & friendly. This company were very helpful when I found myself in a tight spot. With a less than ideal credit record I was having problems sourcing finance - a discussion with their team in Croydon quickly established I was eligible for a loan. Obviously the interest rates were quite high but the team talked me through the loan, the process was painless, the funds were in my account quickly and I had the breathing space necessary to get my finances back on track and even managed to repay the loan early!
