Personal Service

I had a great experience with Everyday Loans. They looked at my financial situation and were able to provide me with a loan suited to my circumstances, income and outgoings. Other companies had rejected my applications due to minor discrepancies, but Everyday Loans really looked at my history and gave a fair and non judgmental decision within minutes. The staff were friendly and discussed everything fully so I was able to make an informed choice before signing the agreement. First ever loan

The staff were very friendly and remarkably informative, I was surprised to feel as comfortable as I did. I was at the Wakefield branch and the phone conversations with Gary was professional and friendly, while in the office I spoke with Ingrid who was in her training process and Martin who was watching her perform and I found them both to be caring and capable answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. Great service

I went to everyday loans not expecting much as i didn't think i would be able to get one. However when i was told i would be able to get one i was relieved. It was way beyond my expectation. The person centred approach taken was first class! Suraj was more interested in me taking positive steps getting my finances in order than just giving me a loan. The process was tailored to my circumstances and Suraj ensures I understand every aspects of it in detail.
