Friendly and easy to apply for an everyday loan!!

I applied for a everyday loan to decorate and the whole process was not only quick an easy but when i spoke to my adviser she used a calm and relaxed tone throughout the full application process and that made me feel at ease about using everyday loans!! The staff here are really good they are very helpful, very understanding and will help encourage a better credit file. They go that extra mile to cater for your needs and also help you do well with your credit file for the future. You definitely get the personal touch. I find with other loan companies they aren’t interested in being helpful or what your circumstances are, these guys talk to you like an equal and encourage credit score improvement. The only reason for not giving full stars is the charges when settling early. I know I have saved on interest but I felt I could’ve been rewarded more for settling early instead of feeling charged for the privilege. Reviewed on: 12th April 2019
