Got a car on finance from tollbar motors from first response finance and had problems from day 1 with the car .in the end i had to take car back after 5 months due to engine issues . Cancelled the finance and first response finance took £683.94 for milage i had done in the car but the car was found to be faulty from a specialist and in my opinion i should not have to pay anything due to none of this been my fault .. they egnore ur emails also . Customer for over 10 years and this is the thanks I get. I’ve been sold multiple faulty cars by First Response Finance. One was sold directly by them and was so dangerous that a reputable garage told me to return it immediately, calling it a death trap and unsafe to drive. Because I returned faulty and unsafe vehicles, they have now told me they will not finance me on ANY car, saying I’ve returned “too many” cars. That is their exact reasoning. I’m being punished for being sold broken and dangerous cars instead of them taking responsibility. After 10 years of loyalty, this is unacceptable.
