I applied for van finance on 27/07, and initially everything proceeded without any issues. The finance was approved, and I subsequently found a suitable vehicle.... I applied for van finance on 27/07, and initially everything proceeded without any issues. The finance was approved, and I subsequently found a suitable vehicle. After discussing the vehicle with the dealer, I was informed that it has a minor issue. I immediately notified the broker on 247 car finances. The advisor handling my application assured me that this would not be a problem, stating clearly that I would be covered by their warranty and that I was fully protected.I asked them several times if everything was ok to make sure I would get the van because I desperately needed a van for my new job. I ve been told everything is OK I set a day to go collect the van and when I was on the way to collect it the dealer told me that 24.7 had canceled the financing WITHOUT ANY NOTICE ..I call the guy from 247 who handled my case and who knew absolutely everything about the situation and started to absolve himself of guilt which is disgusting.Also, the 24/7 customer service is very disappointing. Every time I called them to talk about my file, they told me that someone would call me back, which never happened. Read more Read less

Do not use Car247? Avoid them and stay well away.
The experience from Car247 is something that never go through again. Car247 work with inadequate dealers selling cars that in a poor state. My car... Handed back to dealer then the dealer agreed with car247 that the car was in good condition. I'm left now with no car which need for my job. Avoid these companies. SCAMMERS AVOID THIS COMPANY do not sign anything with this people I had problems with my veicle and gareth whalley who sold me Warrantywise plan he disappeared AFTER BEEN ARROGANT WITH ME and warranty not pay for repair I had to deal with garage where I bought the car 247 customer service not helping me incredible how this company still trading someone should stop them.... Anyway is more then 1 month I don't have the car is getting fix I should pay the loan and don't have the vehicle nobody from 247 replied to my emails I'm desperate and frustrated DO NOT USE 247 VERY DISAPPOINTED Read more Read less

Cannot fault the experience
The advertising methods are sometimes questionable, and I have no idea how much input the company has into the spam emails that get sent out... The advertising methods are sometimes questionable, and I have no idea how much input the company has into the spam emails that get sent out advertising them (if any), but my experience with them has been second to none. They found me the best deal, advice on getting the most out of said deal, and stuck with me every step of the way, even so far as having my chosen car independently physically checked to make sure I wasn't sold a lemon. They also proved to be very flexible, and not caught up in red tape, being able to talk to me via email, mobile, fax, scanned documents etc. I absolutely love these guys, and still fondly remember my experience with them, and next time I need a car on finance, I won't hesitate to go with them again.
