Disgusting

I applied for van finance on 27/07, and initially everything proceeded without any issues. The finance was approved, and I subsequently found a suitable vehicle. After discussing the vehicle with the dealer, I was informed that it has a minor issue. I immediately notified the broker on 247 car finances. The advisor handling my application assured me that this would not be a problem, stating clearly that I would be covered by their warranty and that I was fully protected.I asked them several times if everything was ok to make sure I would get the van because I desperately needed a van for my new job. I ve been told everything is OK I set a day to go collect the van and when I was on the way to collect it the dealer told me that 24.7 had canceled the financing WITHOUT ANY NOTICE ..I call the guy from 247 who handled my case and who knew absolutely everything about the situation and started to absolve himself of guilt which is disgusting.Also, the 24/7 customer service is very disappointing. Every time I called them to talk about my file, they told me that someone would call me back, which never happened. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
