You can choose from Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum with each having different levels of equipment cover. All packages include £10m public liability, new for old golf clubs and equipment cover up to three years old.

I recently returned home from a golf trip only to discover that the shaft on my driver had broken during transit. As you can imagine, it was incredibly disappointing, especially after looking forward to getting back out on the course. My first thought was the inconvenience of having to deal with an insurance claim and the possibility of a long, complicated process. Fortunately, my experience with the Golf Care team turned out to be the complete opposite. From the moment I contacted them, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They responded quickly to my enquiry and immediately put my mind at ease by explaining exactly what information they needed from me. Rather than feeling overwhelmed by paperwork or complicated procedures, I found the entire claims process to be straightforward and well organised. The guidance they provided was clear and easy to follow. Every step was explained in simple terms, so I always knew what was expected of me and what would happen next. Whether it was providing photographs of the damaged club, submitting the necessary documentation, or understanding the timeline for the claim, everything was communicated clearly. This made what could have been a stressful situation feel surprisingly simple. One of the things that impressed me most was the speed with which the team handled my claim. They kept me informed throughout the process and responded promptly whenever I had a question. It never felt like I was chasing for updates or wondering whether my claim had been forgotten. Their excellent communication gave me confidence that everything was progressing as it should. Customer service can often make all the difference when dealing with unexpected problems, and the Golf Care team certainly demonstrated this. Every member of staff I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Golf Care. What initially seemed like a major inconvenience was resolved quickly and efficiently thanks to their excellent customer service, clear communication, and straightforward claims process. They made everything as easy as possible from start to finish, and I genuinely appreciated the effort they put into ensuring my claim was handled smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Golf Care to other golfers looking for reliable insurance backed by exceptional customer service. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing to make a claim, you can be confident that their team will guide you through the process professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care.
