So slow and don't care about how cards are essential.

To sum it up, a cash machine unfairly retained my card, so a card was ordered from them but they spend ten days with no reason other than there was an "error" and no complex reason why like their bank burned down or something. When the card decide to arrive, there was no pin code and they promised me it would come in two days but today is the fifth day and there's still no pin. On the fifth day I had to call them and they were vague and unsympathetic on my situation. They don't care about cards nor they want to help. Reviewed on: 11th October 2021
