I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience.

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience. The agent was defensive and dismissive from the start, despite my being polite, informed, and asking reasonable questions. He abruptly told me I’d likely be ineligible for coverage without offering any clear explanation or rationale, and became increasingly hostile before ultimately hanging up on me. As someone currently navigating cancer treatment, I found his attitude not only unprofessional but shockingly insensitive—especially given that I’m seeking essential coverage I both need and qualify for to survive.
