On Sunday I made a claim for the washing machine - loud drum & tumble dryer - leaking seal by the door, because I put the 16/08 instead of the 14/08 as an accident for the day of the fault, the company have told me I must get my own engineer to fix the fault to the drum! Spoke to someone today about this turns out this information is NOT on the terms and conditions!!! Hidden fees when the website stated NO HIDDEN FEES! absolutely disgusting conning people with false information! Also been told cannot cancel as I'm well over 14 days cooling off period and when I mentioned I have got a right to cancel I was then asked were in the terms and conditions does this say.
