Professional and Excellent Mortgage Service Received

A few years ago, I went through a tough time and missed a few payments, which hurt my credit score. I worked hard to rebuild my finances and saved a large deposit, but my past credit history was still a problem. Every time I tried to apply for a mortgage by myself, I was automatically turned down. I was ready to give up on my dream of buying a rental property. My broker at Hua Yin Finance checked my full credit report carefully to make sure everything on it was correct. Then, they helped me write a sincere letter to explain my past financial difficulties and show how I had turned things around. Most importantly, they knew exactly which lenders would consider someone in my situation. They carefully matched me to specialist lenders who look at the whole picture, not just a credit score. They made sure we only applied where we had a real chance, to avoid more rejections. Because of their patience and skill, they got me a mortgage offer from a good specialist lender.
