Always friendly and helpful over phone and try to find best deal. Prices for IAM members are particularly good. Been with them for several years... Only had to make one claim, for windscreen damage. Finding information to make this claim was not easy, so I have deducted one star for this. Read more Read less

Easy to deal with

They have a price beating policy. You serch for the lowest policy you can find. Supply proof and IAM Surety will beat it, not just match.

    They are pretty easy to deal with, call Centre is UK based and I have no trouble making contact. They have a good level of...     I have been with IAM Surety for several years now and have always been impressed with the level of service. I hold three different insurance... I have been with IAM Surety for several years now and have always been impressed with the level of service. I hold three different insurance products with them, and whenever it's time to renew, they contact me in good time and provide me with all the information I need. I always compare prices, but IAM Surety have always been able to beat the companies.     Great price and service

    I have been with them for 3 years and in that time I have never been able to beat the renewal in that time, the customer service is also fantastic
