    Do not buy from this company Absolute rip off and just want your money I bought a policy from this company A week later they came and installed a black box in my car After the installation the car never worked again and I was at a loss of £1500 and with out a car Then denied liability for the damage even though I had a report by professional mechanic to say the problem that the car doesnt work due to a problem with the wiring where they fitted the box I was with out a car for 4 months Then I bought a new one I had to pay for a new black box installation Then drove it for the 8 months I had left I renewed my policy with them to save the headache thinking it was just a accident with what happened before 4 months into the new policy I was informed by them that my mileage is running low and I need to buy more mileage even though Iv only drove 900+ miles Of the 6000 miles I put down on my policy when I was getting the quote But they have but they have predicted my milage based on last year policy in which I only drove for 8 months out of the year and the other 4 months the car was I my car park broken And they want me to pay more money for extra milage This company is a absolute joke Stay as far away from this company as possible Reviewed on: 14th December 2021

    The worst insurance company

    This insurance company is a fraud and so are these fake reviews. I had to change my car half way through the policy, I told them so. The car I bought was faulty so I returned the car to the garage on the day it was bought. I informed them of it yet they charged me for a month even though the car was not in my hands and increased my policy price to an extra 1 third of the price I had agreed with, which was almost the double price of other insurance companies. When you first sign up for it they omit the use of a tracker etc and then send you one, which you have to pay for!!! I mean their customer service is so bad that they answer enquires only by online chat! I’ve been driving for many years and have used a dozen of insurance companies, never found one as bad as this one! Don’t get their service, choose another one. Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

    Finally was able to cancel this joke of a company, hidden admin fees for everything, threats of cancellations for black box indescrepencies, quoted the cheapest insurance but all in all bunch of robbers glad to see the back of them, do not put yourself through these insurers!!!!
