Found IC on Google having been declined by previous insurers due to Heart Failure.....Lisa was great - very knowledgeable, esp in healthcare matters! Can't fault IC, and esp Lisa. First class service

I was looking for senior travel insurence on Saturday May 26th when i saw this sight on line and looked into it,only to find they were closed until Tuesday29th but was advised to leave a phone number and they would call on Tuesday,at 9 15 the phone rang and was called by Bradley Jackson,he dealt with my enquire with a lot of knowledge and politeness he gave me a quote and to?d me they would hold the quote until end of week so i thanked him and and rang off to go ahead to book holiday,i them phoned Bradley at 3 pm to buy the insurence, Many thanks Bradley for your the courteous way you dealt with my booking. Excellent Travel Insurance for OAPs with Complex Medical Conditions

The Staff at INSURANCE CHOICE were lovely and took care to review my complex medical condition including two malignancies and were thereby able to offer a very competitive quote for our intended seven day trip to Venice. This compared with the quote from my bank which wanted about eight times Insurance Choice's premium! Although it took about an hour to complete the medical questionnaire, we were treated with respect throughout and were never bullied into a response before we had time to recall dates of diagnosis or the nature of treatment received or pending. Now that my details are on their data base it will be easy to obtain a further quote in the future, in which case all I will only have to update any changes. insurance for older people

spoke to a very pleasant customer assistant - Julie - who guided me through the necessary questions. It was refreshing to speak to an actual person and be able to ask questions. Will certainly call them again if I require travel insurance. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2018
