Unoccupied property was in probate.

Unoccupied property was in probate. Have a good price for cover, which became effective immediately even though there was a problem with payment coming out of estate account. Dealt with efficiently over the phone. Also good at cancelling renewal once property had become occupied. Good specialist insurance provider. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026

A straightforward experience.

The staff at the end of the phone are always very friendly and helpful. I have never had to make a claim but I hope that if I ever have to, it will be straightforward. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026
