Poor customer service, slow repayments, lost our money, AVOID!

The most inept and incompetent service we have ever used. We signed up to the UK service due to the promise of 3% cashback, however within the space of a few days, the goalposts were moved in order to get the cashback. First you had to spend £4k, then they said it had to be £8k, a month, a big difference! Nevertheless we stayed with them for the cashback as it is a better offering than anyone else, however the customer service and experience using them has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. They have managed in the space of 2 months to randomly block all cards and account access, meaning we were without any means to pay for goods and services, without any called reason or explanation. They have given us a pathetic low credit limit which we hit several times a month ,and it can take days to repay into the account. The most recent issue being the full amount we repaid into the acocunt has not shown up, and now £1102 lost somewhere in thier company! Their customer service is absolutely useless, taking days to respond, and never with a proper solution. There is no phone number to speak to an actual human, and everything is done by raising tickets. Such a poor experience, I question whether the 3% cashback is worth the stress and inconvenience of it all, i would defiantly avoid them! Reviewed on: 6th October 2022
