Clear advice and great communication

I used L&C for my first mortgage and it was clear and smooth to do. Our advisor was great and provided excellent communication. He also got back in touch when the mortgage was due to renew, 4 months in advance so we had time to look for a new deal. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I have used L&C Mortgages 2 - 3 times now and it's one of the best experiences I've ever had! The mortgage renewal process it always seamless, I feel confident in the advice I receive and I am always made to feel at ease, especially when I was a first time buyer.
