I’ve tried using mortgage advisors before and honestly have been badly advised. L&C and James Aisthorpe a mortgage advisor was the first person to really listen to my needs and situation and find the best product at a price that worked for me. I can’t recommend them enough. Guided us every step of the way, and were attentive to queries and concerns that we had throughout the process. Our application was a bit tricky due to how one of the two applicants gets paid, but Ben at L&C was more than helpful in explaining exactly how this would work and advising on best steps to have a successful outcome.
