Excellent mortgage service provider

I have used L&C on more than three occasions, including a first home purchase and remortgages. I trust and respect them for their excellent advice and for being able to bring the very best broker deals from the market to your attention. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff are not only capable at mortgage arrangements, but the important life insurance and related cover that goes with them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Overwhelmed first time buyers

My partner and myself decided we wanted to buy our first home but found ourselves totally overwhelmed by the whole process. We contacted L&C with little understanding as to what service we’d get. To say they changed our lives is an understatement. They handled everything for us, found us a mortgage that suited, found us a conveyancer that suited us and held our hands every step along the way. I bought my first home last year. The advice from the L&C agents was really helpful and they were communicative throughout. The only issue was that I was contacted by different agents a few times about the same thing. When I mentioned this to the contact they didn’t know about this.
