We have used L&C for 6 mortgages now, we have had the same point of contact throughout. He is very thorough, very polite and very knowledgable. Got a great mortgage to buy my dream home.

I got my mortgage through L&C to buy my dream home. It took about 6 months for the chain to complete… and in the meantime, my adviser switched me onto a new lower deal 3 times! I also got some great advice on critical illness cover and life insurance. I really can’t believe the service is completely free - talk about value for money! Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I had quite a short deadline for remortgage and L&C did everything necessary to push it through before the deadline. The process was so simple and I was kept up to date every step of the way Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I had depression & they made it so easy.

I was struggling financially & was falling in deep depression. I was looking for a way to remortgage & needed help as was struggling to concentrate & think clearly. They did everything. They made it simple & not only helped me reduce the mortgage payments but helped me to be able to pay extra each month & was within my spending limit.
