Remortgaged in 2021 , had a fantastic experience, as being age 64yrs @ the time I was very anxious. Immediately put at ease , all sorted in a short space of time. Was so pleased with the lovely advisor (Faye) that handled everything, polite, helpful and supportive. A truly lovely & positive experience. Would highly recommend L&C. Thank you. Good but used to be better.

L&C did fine this time round but it's really not like it used to be when you had the no voicemail rule. I did feel I had to chase up quite a bit and it was confusing who was going to be in touch with me - i had 2 lots of lawyers as well as L&C as well as the bank. Reviewed on: 6th April 2025

This is the second time we have used L&C to look for a new mortgage deal. Both times the service has been excellent, our needs listened to and assessed, with the right deal being offered at the end of the process.
