We've used L&C numerous times - for our first mortgage, to remortgage and then to update and review our life insurance policy (and moved to a better option to income protection). Both Dane and Martin were so helpful, explained everything clearly and simply and made all the processes no hard work at all, and stress-free! Excellent value for money, as the advice did not cost a penny. I was walked through what could otherwise have been a very stressful and strenuous process, feeling supported by an expert who was always quick to respond to my queries and concerns. There was never a point in the entire process where I felt like I did not know what the next step would be. My case handler went the extra mile to get me a good mortgage deal right before the deals’ costs would be increased, which I appreciated. Again, all of this for not paying a single penny, I could not have asked for more. It made the entire journey of homeownership much more of a breeze. Reviewed on: 29th March 2025
