I use L&C services constantly throughout the year and I have always received an excellent service. The support is amazing. From the initial phone call to the case manager to receiving the mortgage offer and then the phone call and email when the product is coming to an end. Second time using L&C.

We’ve actually used L&C both times for the two properties we’ve bought, and if the time comes when we want yet another renovation project, we’d use them again! The first time round was an easier process, however the second was a bit more complicated, our financial situation had changed, the house we wanted was more expensive and we had to deal with the sale of our first property, so a lot more to consider, but having L&C definitely took a lot of the weight off our shoulders. There was some too and fro but they managed to get a mortgage company to accept us and we didn’t have to compromise by looking for cheaper houses. We had our sights set on this particular street and knew that was where we wanted to be as soon as the property was on the market. We couldn’t have done it without L&C doing all the legwork! I've been using London & Country for almost a decade now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've had the same mortgage advisor during this time and he and his team have been super helpful in finding me the best deals that meet my needs.
