I had a mortgage through L&C. The search was very good and i chose a frist time buyer mortgage through them. I would use them again 100%. The advisors were friendly, easy to contact, efficient and ongoing communications was excellent too. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Good communications and detailed conversations covering all the options. I felt like all my questions were answered. All the information I'd previously provided online was used to pre-populate the mortgage application. This didn't work so well with the solicitor L&C selected for us. Some of our details were passed to the Solicitors but most had to be re-entered which was quite time-consuming. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I got my first mortgage with L&C and they were so informative and helpful with all my questions. I was a very anxious first time buyer because I was convinced we’d never get a mortgage but the whole process was just brilliant. I then also remortgaged using L&C because of my first experience and they were just as good. So diligent and knowledgeable, a really good experience and talked me through the process.
