Very good, I secured and fixed my rates before they shot up. The broker was very responsive and chatty and efficient, I had no issues getting in touch or getting replies. Would look to use them next time my deal expires. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

In general, the service was fine.

In general, the service was fine but there was a lack of transparent communication about the final monthly payment rate for my re-mortgage, meaning I have ended up paying more than some of the other offers that were available. This left a slightly disappointing taste to what was otherwise a good service. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
